  • Four in-depth virtual nutrition and running education sessions

  • Four one-hour group trail runs held at local trails around Bend (locations TBA)

When: Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm starting January 8th through February 26th

  • Virtual Education Session: 1/8, 1/22, 2/5, 2/19 

  • In-Person Group Runs: 1/15, 1/29, 2/12, 2/26

  • The role of macronutrients

  • Daily energy needs

  • Fueling for pre-workout, during, post-workout

  • Race day nutrition

  • Sports nutrition product reviews
